Rachel Abbott

Rachel Abbott is an experienced user research consultant with a career spanning multiple prominent organizations in the UK. Currently serving as a Senior User Research Consultant at NHS England, Rachel is involved in significant projects including the National Imaging Register Discovery and Digital Child Health initiatives. Previous roles include extensive user research consultancy for the Ministry of Justice, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and NHS Digital, focusing on projects aimed at enhancing user experience in various sectors. Rachel's consulting expertise is built upon a strong educational background with dual honours degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Keele University. Additionally, Rachel holds a trustee position as Head of Design & Communications at the Birmingham Roller Derby League.
