Sophie E.

Sophie E. is a User Researcher at Hippo since May 2024, previously serving as a Design Researcher at INDUSTRY of Us from September 2019 to October 2023, where a focus on innovative client solutions was emphasized. As Co-Founder of KnoWaste from December 2020 to September 2022, Sophie developed a food waste reduction system that significantly decreased waste for the catering sector. Other notable roles include President of the Bristol Entrepreneurs Society and involvement in the Aspect Accelerator Programme, which supports socially responsible ventures. With experience as a consultant for a dementia therapy app and a marketing project manager for Douglas Borough Council, Sophie has also engaged in business development at Greenaway Scott and had success at a Unilever hackathon. Sophie holds an MSci in Psychology with Innovation from the University of Bristol.
