Chelsey Meachum

Chelsey Meachum is an experienced Physician Assistant with a strong background in medical education and Women's Health. Currently serving as a Senior Medical Editor at Hippo Education, LLC, since March 2021, Chelsey is responsible for writing and updating medical content and curriculum for Physician Assistant products, including strategic research and planning. Previous roles include work as an OBGYN/Women's Health Physician Assistant at Peninsula Women's Care and UnityPoint Health, where Chelsey provided comprehensive care and education to patients on various aspects of Women's Health. Chelsey's educational achievements include a Doctorate of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree from the University of Iowa. Additionally, early experience involved managing crisis situations and providing support at a domestic abuse shelter.
