Connie Lee

Connie Lee has been working as a People Operations Partner at Hippo Insurance since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Globality, Inc. from March 2021 to August 2021 as a Sr. HR Operations Specialist and from February 2019 to March 2021 as an HR Operations Specialist. Connie also served as an Office Administrator at Globality from June 2016 to February 2019. Before joining Globality, Connie worked as a Front Office Administrator at OPTM Physical Therapy of Saratoga from January 2014 to June 2016. Connie also gained experience as an Office Administrator and HR & Administrative Assistant at Accellion from May 2012 to January 2013 and from August 2011 to May 2012, respectively. Connie has also worked as a Research Assistant at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center from January 2011 to August 2011 and as an Administrative Assistant at Elite Educational Institute from September 2010 to August 2011. Their earliest work experience was as a Clinical Care Extender at Hoag Hospital from August 2009 to December 2010.

Connie Lee earned their Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine, graduating in 2010. In the same year, they obtained certifications as a Certified Home Health Aide and Certified Nurse Assistant from the California Department of Public Health. In 2011, they attended North Orange County ROP and completed a program in Clinical Nursing Assistant.
