Grant Sowards Msc

Grant Sowards MSc is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Security Engineer at Hippo Insurance since March 2022, Grant is responsible for managing cloud security across AWS, GCP, and Azure, while guiding development teams in secure coding practices. Prior to this role, Grant worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Security Software Engineer, focusing on core authentication systems and adapting services to meet institutional needs. Earlier experience includes a position as Software Engineer II at Utah Valley University, where Grant utilized a wide range of technologies and programming languages.
