Joe Dou

Joe Dou has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and leadership. Joe is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Hip, where they started in August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Riviera Partners from October 2015 to March 2020, first as a Senior Software Engineer and then as the Director of Engineering. Before that, Joe worked at Apteligent as a Frontend Developer from August 2014 to October 2015. Joe also gained valuable experience at Lockheed Martin, where they held multiple roles including Control Account Manager, Simulation Lead, and Missile Systems Engineer from March 2004 to March 2014. Joe had an early career opportunity as a Hardware Engineering Intern at IBM from May 2003 to August 2003.

Joe Dou completed their education history with a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2007. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, which they attended from 2000 to 2003.
