Matt Kinde has a diverse work experience in the field of digital design and entrepreneurship. Matt most recently worked as a UX/UI Designer at Hippo Insurance and Swing Development. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Biotics, a beverage start-up. During this time, they attended two accelerators focused on food and beverage start-ups.
Matt also worked as a User Interface Designer at DTiQ and ExtraHut, a digital product design studio. At ExtraHut, they were responsible for various aspects of design, including user interface design, user experience design, branding, and interaction design.
Before that, Matt co-founded and led a boutique digital design agency called Atoo°, where they worked as a UX/UI Designer and was involved in tasks such as user research, prototyping, animation, and branding. Matt also had a role as a UI/UX Designer at Panowie Programistów, where they focused on mobile app and web design.
In addition to their design roles, Matt worked as an Art Director at BBDO Warszawa, where they gained experience in online advertising, including digital copywriting, art direction, media buying, and strategy. Matt collaborated with clients such as Ernst & Young, Wrigley's, and local fashion brands.
Lastly, Matt started their career as a Real Estate Sales Associate at Marr & Kroll Sp. z o.o.

Matt Kinde has a diverse education background with a focus on design and architecture. Matt first attended the Vocational Technical High School for Architecture from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree as an Architectural Technologist. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from 2011 to 2015 at Wyższa Szkoła Ekologii i Zarządzania w Warszawie. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, they attended the Photography Academy in Warsaw to further their skills in photography.
In 2022, Matt also received a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation.
