Prasanna Jagannathan

Prasanna Jagannathan has had a long and varied career. Prasanna began in 2005 as a Principal Consultant at Ablesoft, followed by a role as a Principal Consultant at OpsDynamics in 2007. In the same year, they became a Senior Program Manager at VIAVI Solutions. In 2012, they moved to Gilead Sciences as a Consulting Program Manager. In 2013, they joined HappyFox Inc. as Marketing and Sales Operations Head. In 2014, they became Cofounder & CEO at Brigge. In 2017, they joined Freshworks as Chief Of Staff - Engineering, Director of Business Systems and Processes, and Senior Manager - CEO's Office. In 2021, they became Vice President of Strategy at Hippo Video: Video CX Platform.

Prasanna Jagannathan's education history includes a High School degree from Vana Vani School (1997-1999), a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from Annamalai University (1999-2003), a certificate in Engineering Management from Syracuse University (2003), and a certificate in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2003-2005).
