Ilaria Coizza

Ilaria Coizza began their work experience in 2016 as an Assistente Sociale at Comune di Firenze, where they worked from April 2016 to October 2016. In 2019, they joined Eaton as a Human Resources Intern from March 2019 to October 2019. Later in the same year, they started working at Hippocrates Holding S.p.A., initially as an HR Intern from October 2019 to March 2020. Ilaria then became an HR Specialist from March 2020 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Head of HR Administration at Hippocrates Holding S.p.A., starting from October 2021.

Ilaria Coizza completed their high school education at Liceo Classico A. Gramsci, where they obtained a Diploma in an unspecified field of study. Ilaria then attended the University of Florence from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Service from the Cesare Alfieri School of Political Sciences. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Work and Business Management Communication at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2017 to 2019.
