Sylvia Bouloutas

Sylvia Bouloutas currently serves as Chief of Staff at Hippocratic AI, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Sylvia was an Investor at Techstars from August 2022 to March 2025, focusing on investments in AI/ML, deep tech, frontier tech, and enterprise tools. Previous experience includes roles as Principal and Associate with Knightsgate Ventures from September 2020 to August 2022, and Venture Fellow at DigitalDx Ventures for a brief period in 2020. Sylvia also co-founded Empactful, LLC, where work was conducted from September 2015 to July 2019. Educational credentials include a degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business as well as the University of St Andrews.
