Joe Zappavigna has extensive experience in business development, sales, and management within the quarry, waste management, and logistics sectors. Since August 1994, Joe has served as the NSW/ACT Business Development Manager for Hi-Quality Group, overseeing sales, marketing, and business development activities across various operations, including transport, quarries, recycling facilities, and landfills. Prior roles include Recycling/Sales Manager and Transport Allocator at Hi-Quality Group, where Joe focused on developing business strategies and managing sales and marketing. Joe's career also includes significant positions at the City of Sydney in various capacities and as an Architectural Draftsman at Sicari Smith and Associates Architects and Engineers. Education was completed at Sydney Technical College.
