Jan Sandström

Jan Sandström is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, user experience strategy, and service design. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at HiQ since December 2021, Jan has been a User Experience Strategist at Jan Sandström Design och Strategi since June 2004. Previous roles include Digital Strategist at Sporthyra.se, where Jan developed the initial online platform and enhanced brand presence, and Business Analyst/Strategist at Navii, focusing on user stories and interaction design.
