Petra Axelsson

Petra Axelsson is an experienced consultant and service designer currently working at KTH Royal Institute of Technology since August 2024 and at HiQ since March 2022, focusing on UX strategy and service design for clients like Telia Cygate and Newsec. With a diverse background, Petra has held roles that include strategy and product design at Insurello and UX researcher at SEB, where comprehensive customer insights informed design decisions. Additionally, Petra has extensive experience as an independent fine arts professional, exhibiting across Sweden and teaching at various art institutions.
