Tracy Ocarroll

Tracy O'Carroll currently serves as the Deputy Director of the National Care Experience Programme at the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) since February 2016, overseeing a national program that includes seven national surveys, budget management, procurement oversight, and extensive communications and stakeholder engagement. O'Carroll has held various positions within HIQA, including Health Information Manager for External Datasets and Quality. Academic qualifications include a Master in Business Administration from Ulster University, a Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute, a Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin, an MSc Econ from Aberystwyth University, and a Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis, along with a Bachelor of Commerce with International Language from the University of Galway.
