Angelina Cherkesova has worked in IT recruitment since 2013. Ангелина began their career as a Specialist in Personnel Management at Lukoil-Nizhevolzhsky-Zapadnefteprodukt, and then moved to Lukoil-Severo-Zapadnefteprodukt as a Manager of Personnel Management in 2016. In 2019, they joined HR-PROFI Recruiting Agency as a Lead IT Recruiter. In 2020, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Integrity-Solutions.ru, and currently works at HiQo Solutions, Inc. as an IT Recruiter. At HiQo Solutions, they specialize in recruiting IT professionals for projects in analytics, networking, and other IT-related fields. Ангелина is responsible for recruiting candidates in Europe, and for providing the highest quality and most cost-effective services.

Ангелина Черкесова attended Volgograd State Pedagogical University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Psychological Pedagogy. Ангелина then continued their studies at the same university from 2011 to 2013, receiving a Master's degree in Psychological Pedagogy.
