Viktoria Glinskaya

Viktoria Glinskaya began their career in 2011 as a Sales Manager at FE "VELCOM" (velcom & PRIVET). In 2013, they moved to HiQo Solutions, Inc. where they held the role of Head of HR. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment and selection, retention management, and event management. Her areas of expertise included conducting the recruitment process for different IT positions, developing and implementing adaptation programs, incentive programs, and appraisal and developmental review programs, and organizing corporate parties and personnel participation in conferences.

Viktoria Glinskaya attended Belarusian State University from 2005 to 2010, where they studied International Relations and Affairs. In October 2019, they obtained a Head of HR certificate from Laba.
