Joseph Pappachan obtained their AMIE degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India) from 1982 to 1984. Later, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermal & Fluids Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1986 to 1988.
