Jane Lombard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jane started their career in 1995 as a Duty Manager at All Seasons Premier Menzies Hotel in Sydney. In 1997, they worked as an International Hotel Consultant at Hotel Sedona Bintan Lagoon in Indonesia. From 1997 to 2000, Jane served as a Residential Sales Specialist at First National Willoughby. Jane then joined L.J Hooker as a Company Director from 2000 to 2009. In 2010, Jane became a Consultant Director at The Franchise Shop NSW/ACT, where they provided services such as franchise development, feasibility studies, and strategic reviews. Jane also served as a NSW State Committee Member at the Franchise Council of Australia from 2011 to 2017. From 2015 to 2017, Jane worked as a Business Finance Specialist for Fifo Capital Australia Pty Ltd, specializing in supply chain and invoice finance. In 2018, they joined Wisdom Learning as a Training Consultant before becoming the Company Director at Hire A Hubby in 2019.

Jane Lombard obtained a Diploma in Hospitality from Shannon College of Hotel Management from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in Franchising from William Angliss in 2011. In 2003, they acquired a Licence in Real Estate from the Real Estate Institute of NSW. Furthermore, they attended the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives for the year 2013 to 2014, where they obtained Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) credentials.
