Bernard Dominh

Bernard DoMinh is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in legal research, document review, and adjudication. Currently serving as a Contract Attorney with Hire Counsel since December 2021, Bernard focuses on the Money Laundering and Assets Recovery Section of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Previously, Bernard held positions with Compliance Discovery Solutions and Hire Counsel, performing document reviews for various law firms. Prior contract roles included significant contributions to legal projects for major DC law firms. Bernard's notable long-term role as an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs involved adjudicating over 2,500 appeals related to veterans' compensation benefits over 22 years. Bernard holds a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University at Albany.
