Dominique D'Angelo

Dominique D'Angelo is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and contract management. Currently serving as a Contract Attorney at Hire Counsel since February 2012, Dominique has successfully completed numerous long-term projects related to anti-trust, intellectual property, and various investigations for a Big Four Audit Firm. Prior to this, Dominique held the position of Associate and Corporate Secretary at ContraFect Corporation, where responsibilities included contract review, briefing the Board of Directors, and coordinating with Outside Counsel. Dominique also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Anthony Abraham Arther & Associates, focusing on contract drafting and trademark registration. Dominique earned a Juris Doctor in International Law from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
