We specialize in senior executive searches (all C-suites), business development, franchise development, marketing and operations management for fitness clubs and specialty boutiques.

We are different.  No one in this field has held all the roles we have.  We have also worked for private clubs, large chains, publicly traded, start-ups, franchising, corporate, small operators and directly for private equity firms.

As much as our clients are our priority, we place great emphasis on the candidate.  We search for passive candidates that have the experience, but need a dose of inspiration.  One of our superpowers is to really zone in on fit.  Cultural and leadership fit are key for both candidate and client.
