Les Ehrsam

Les Ehrsam has extensive experience in mentoring and finance, currently serving as a Volunteer Mentor for Hire Heroes USA since May 2021, where the mission focuses on empowering U.S. service members. Since 2012, Les has also been a mentor in the UNT Professional Leadership Program, aiding students in business leadership development. Involvement with the North Texas Crime Commission since January 2016 includes participation on the Cyber Crime Committee, which supports law enforcement against cyber crimes. Prior volunteer roles include supporting veterans through employment services at Allies In Service and networking opportunities with the FEI Veterans in Transition Group. Les has a strong background in finance, having held roles such as Leasing Specialist at First Equipment Company and Finance Specialist at Texas Business Leasing, alongside positions with various financial technology firms. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University.
