Matt Kohler is an experienced professional with a robust background in program management and community relations, particularly focused on supporting veterans and military personnel. At Hire Heroes USA since April 2015, Matt serves as the Manager of The Independence Project and Alumni Program, leading initiatives that assess veterans' transitions and connect them with resources for successful integration into civilian life. Previous roles include Contract Recruiter at Randstad, where Matt expanded the healthcare division, and Community Relations Assistant with the Atlanta Falcons, where event management and social media strategy were key responsibilities. Matt began a career in service with the US Army, attaining notable awards for exemplary performance, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
