We are a boutique executive search firm rooted in real experience, deep sector knowledge, and an unwavering belief that the right people truly change everything.

Imagine the moment a single hire clicks into place: growth accelerates, culture strengthens, and the future suddenly feels clearer and more exciting. Now imagine the opposite, a misstep that quietly drains momentum for years.

We have seen both sides, and that is exactly why we do what we do.

We are a boutique executive search and headhunting partner created for ambitious, compassionate, people-focused organisations - the ones that understand the profound impact of every appointment.

With more than 40 years across industry and 15 years dedicated to executive search, we have spent our careers in the sectors where precision and accountability are non-negotiable: Healthcare, Dental, Health and Safety, Manufacturing, and Engineering. In these worlds, strong leadership does not just drive performance - it protects lives, safeguards quality, and shapes outcomes that matter.

But here is what really sets us apart: we have sat in your chair. We have held standalone HR and People & Culture roles ourselves. We know the daily reality of building teams from the ground up, shaping culture one conversation at a time, navigating tricky employee relations, designing structures that actually work, and balancing tough commercial pressures with genuine care for people’s wellbeing. We have sat at the leadership table, owned headcount budgets, guided organisations through rapid growth and difficult changes, and carried full accountability for results and for people.

That double perspective changes how we approach every search.
We are more than recruiters. We become an extension of your leadership team: combining executive search expertise with hands-on in-house HR experience. We challenge when it is needed, advise honestly, and stay accountable for the outcome.
