Sheetal Phansopkar

Sheetal Phansopkar has over 13 years of experience in the field of human resources. Sheetal currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition, MENA at Hire Rightt - Executive Search since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Hamptons International Dubai LLC as an HR Assistant Manager for 9 years, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, orientation and induction of new employees, and various HR activities. Before that, Sheetal worked as an HR Executive at WNS Global Services for 2 years and as an HR Recruiter at OS2i for 1 year.

Sheetal Phansopkar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research in India from 2004 to 2006.
