Dianna Moore

COO at Hire Runner

Dianna Moore is currently the COO at Hire Runner. Prior to this, they spent over 20 years with Boeing in various roles. Her most recent role was Sr. Program Manager Enterprise Auditor Leadership Program and Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for attracting participants and leading a fully immersive, two-year leadership program that provided select high potential employees extensive training in enterprise-wide business processes and risk mitigation to improve current business operations. Dianna also coached, mentored, developed, and placed up to 30 program participants per year in support of enterprise strategies. In addition, they developed and led the talent acquisition strategy and process for Corporate Audit including establishing a Strategic Talent Plan.

Dianna Moore has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as a certification in ICF Coach Training from InviteChange. Dianna also has a Landmark Forum and Advanced certification from Landmark, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Finally, they have an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Lane Community College.

Dianna Moore reports to Arlan Hamilton, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Whitney Robinson - Head of Product, Melanie Jones - Director of Customer Success & Growth, and Lauren Walker-Reader - VP, Operations & Communication.
