John Graves has a variety of work experience in the retail and recruiting industries. John started their career at Target in 2010, where they worked in several leadership roles, including Softlines Team Leader, Guest Service Team Leader, and Presentation and Pricing Team Leader. In these roles, they oversaw team members, executed store operations, and implemented company strategies. John then transitioned to Hire Velocity in 2019, where they have held positions such as Recruiter/Account Lead, Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, Recruiting Operations Manager, and Director of Recruiting, RPO. John'sresponsibilities at Hire Velocity include managing recruiting operations, leading teams, and overseeing the recruitment process.

John Graves has a comprehensive education history. John began their academic journey by earning an Associate's degree in General Studies from Jefferson State Community College in 2016. Afterwards, they enrolled at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Social Psychology and a minor in Spanish in 2018. Building on their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Sociology at the same university from 2018 to 2021.
