Nikki Pearson

Nikki Pearson is the current Vice President of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) at Hire Velocity. Nikki has been with the company since January 2019 and in their current role since August 2021. Prior to their current role, Pearson was the Director of Service Delivery for RPO at Hire Velocity from January 2019 to August 2021.

Pearson began their career in staffing as a Branch Manager at JMA Placement, Inc. in January 2018. Nikki stayed with the company for just over a year before moving on to Ultimate Staffing Services in January 2016. Pearson spent two years at Ultimate Staffing Services before moving to BlueStar/ Qualified Staffing in August 2013. Nikki spent just under three years at BlueStar/ Qualified Staffing before moving back to BlueStar Staffing, Inc. in August 2002, where they spent 11 years as the Customer Service Manager before moving to Hire Velocity in January 2019.

Nikki Pearson received their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University.
