Kevin Jarvis

Kevin Jarvis has had an extensive career in the recruitment industry. Kevin started with SThree in 2000 as the Head of IT and Engineering Recruitment and held this position until 2009. After leaving SThree, Jarvis founded Nigel Frank International (now known as Frank Recruitment Group) in the USA and served as the President. Under their leadership, the business grew significantly, expanding from a one-person startup to over 350 recruiters in just five years. Kevin then led the USA business through two rounds of private equity investment before making their exit. In 2015, Jarvis went on to establish Jarvis Cole and Hire With Jarvis, where they currently serve as the CEO for both companies.
