Nataša Despotović

Nataša Despotović has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. In 2016, they started their journey at AIESEC in Serbia, where they held various roles such as a Team Member of Outgoing Exchange, Talent Management Coordinator, Team Leader of Outgoing Exchange, and participated in a Global Volunteer internship. Nataša'sresponsibilities included organizing workshops and educational activities, improving children's English skills, promoting sustainable development goals, and fostering teamwork.

In 2019, Nataša continued their career at AIESEC in Serbia, taking on roles such as Vice President of Outgoing Exchange, Outgoing Exchange Manager-Entity Support Team, Head of Business Development, and finally Country Director. As Country Director, they led the organization and was responsible for business development and strategic decision-making.

Nataša's most recent work experience is with HireApp, where they started in 2022 as the Head of Client Services. Nataša'srole involved managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of services. Later in 2023, they transitioned to the position of Business Process Manager, where they are currently employed.

Nataša Despotović completed their Bachelor's degree in Operations Management at the University of Belgrade. Nataša attended the university from 2015 to 2022. Prior to their university studies, they attended Gymnasium "Josif Pancic" with a focus on natural sciences from 2011 to 2015, specializing in mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Nataša has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the "Asking Great Sales Questions" certification from LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained the "Freelancing Fundamentals" certification from Kampster. In 2018, Nataša completed the "Global Volunteer internship-Foreign Language Teaching" program organized by AIESEC in Tunisia. In the same year, they also attended the "OPEN IT conference" organized by AIESEC Serbia.
