Hayk Karapetyan

Hayk Karapetyan has over 10 years of engineering experience and more than 4 years of experience managing an engineering team. Hayk is currently the Chief Technology Officer at HireBee.ai, a Silicon Valley-based AI-powered HR Tech startup. In this role, they are responsible for helping small and medium businesses globally scale their hiring efforts. Prior to this, they worked as a Development Team Lead at staff.am and HireBee Kazakhstan. Hayk also served as a Team Lead at DeepRedMedia Solutions and Bee Web Systems LLC. Additionally, Hayk has experience as a Senior Web Developer and Team Lead at IceBox and as a Freelance Senior Web Developer and Team Lead. Hayk began their career as a Web Developer at Iguan Systems, STDev, and iTechnology.

Hayk Karapetyan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Technics of Optical Communication from the State Engineering University of Armenia. Hayk attended the university from 2006 to 2010.
