With over 20 years of experience, Amy has served in senior leadership roles in executive search including retained & contingent recruiting, recruitment process outsourcing, organizational consulting, and strategic talent planning. Prior to joining HireBetter, Amy was a Principal with Concentrique Executive Solutions, later joining Tatum as a Recruiting Manager and The ProFound Group as Vice President of Recruiting and Client Service.

Amy’s well-rounded experience consulting with senior stakeholders in a variety of industries helps HireBetter clients determine their organizational needs while maximizing the client experience and delivering results.

Amy has a bachelor’s degree in fine art from the University of Texas.
