Chrisley Ann Arsua, RPm, has a diverse background in administrative support, recruitment, and career coaching. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator at HireBetter since September 2021, Chrisley previously worked at the University of Cebu from June 2018 to September 2021 as a Life Coach and Job Placement Officer, where responsibilities included evaluating students’ abilities, assessing psychological factors, organizing seminars, and facilitating job placements. Earlier experience at ARC Refreshments Corporation as a Human Resources Associate involved sourcing and interviewing candidates for various positions. Chrisley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cebu Normal University, completed in March 2016.
