Manda Kokales

Manda Kokales has been working in the Human Resources and Employment field since 2007. Manda began their career at Classified Verticals as a KELOLAND Employment - Employment Solutions Specialist, where they specialized in digital employment recruiting. In 2009, they moved to Premier Employment Solutions as an Executive Recruiter, where they were responsible for executive level recruiting across many different industry disciplines. In 2011, they joined the State of South Dakota as a Certified Contracting Employment Consultant, assisting people with disabilities in the community with employment goals and job placement. In 2014, they started their own business, Resumes By Manda, where they provided customized resume creation. Finally, in 2016, they joined HIRECLICK as a HIRECLICK & KELOLAND Employment - Sales Development, helping employers improve their hiring results.

Manda Kokales has an Associates of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Mental Health Care and Human Behavior from North Dakota State College of Science, which they obtained between 1996 and 1999. Manda also holds certifications in Bullseye 101 Certified Targeting Advertising Course from Simpli.fi (obtained in September 2022), Leaders of Tomorrow from Leaders of Tomorrow (obtained in July 2020), CPR/First Aid from Avera Health, Certified Employment Specialist from the State of South Dakota, Digital Advertising from Classified Verticals, and Mental Health Certification from the State of North Dakota.
