Moe Hutt

Moe Hutt has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and strategic consulting services. Moe began their career in 1996 as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant at Quality Building Products. In 1999, they joined SAIC as a Human Resources Specialist, managing the largest weekly orientation in the company for 50+ new hires. Moe was later promoted to Senior Corporate Recruiter, filling 500+ requisitions through optimal full lifecycle recruiting. Moe also served as a Marketing Segment Manager and Employee Referral Program Manager during rotational assignments. In 2013, they joined Meritage Talent Solutions as a Principal Consultant, providing customized, innovative strategies, processes, and technology recommendations to clients. In 2015, they became President of recruitDC, a recruiting community developed by DC-Area recruiters. In 2017, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Manager at Suntiva LLC, increasing the cleared candidate pipeline by 300%. Moe currently works at HireClix as Director of Strategic Consulting Services, helping the strategic consulting practice.
