Neil Costa has over 25 years of professional experience in the technology, energy, and financial services industries. Neil started their career in 1993 as a Senior Associate at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where they performed financial audits and engaged with clients on special assignments. In 1996, they joined Open Market as Manager of Strategic Alliances, Marketing, where they managed strategic alliances with Sun, Intel, and Oracle, and was responsible for segment/industry marketing and the company budget process. In 2002, they moved to Segway as Business Development & Commercial Sales Manager, where they introduced the revolutionary transportation system to commercial clients and engaged with creative marketing agencies. In 2004, they joined Monster Worldwide as Director, Interactive Marketing Partnerships, where they developed relationships with organizations and managed an annual online marketing budget of $15M to $20M. In 2008, they became Director of Marketing at My Perfect Gig, Inc. and in 2010, they founded and became CEO of HireClix.
Neil Costa completed a BBA in Accounting at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from 1989 to 1993. In 2005, they attended Stanford GSB - Executive Education for an Executive Education (Non-Degree) program in Influence and Negotiation Strategies. Prior to this, Neil Costa attended Chelmsford High School from 1986 to 1989.
