Rohit Kalyana

Rohit Kalyana is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of HireCreed, a company focused on streamlining recruitment and workforce management in the healthcare industry. They are currently in the development phase and plan to launch by Q2 2023. Rohit is responsible for raising pre-seed round investment, and the company is SEIS/EIS approved. Previously, Rohit worked as a Creative Director at DSM, where they managed a team of three and oversaw projects within the Digital Experience team. Before that, they were the Managing Director of SynergylabX, specializing in enhancing customer experience for businesses through UX design, marketing, and development services. Rohit has also held roles as a Lead UX Designer at HCL Technologies and NatWest Group, a UX Consultant at REO, a Lead UX Designer at Deutsche Bank, and a Senior Product Designer at Sea/ by Maritech and Fisher Investments UK. Throughout their career, Rohit has worked with notable clients such as Clarksons PLC, NatWest, Daimler AG, IKEA, Novartis, and DHL, delivering innovative solutions and seamless user experiences.

Rohit Kalyana attended Cranford Community College from 2006 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they studied Graphic Design at Uxbridge College.
