Shannon has held previous positions at Evry1, hireEZ (previously Hiretual), and CareerXroads. In their role at CareerXroads, Shannon was responsible for community building and content facilitation with talent acquisition leaders from around the world. At SourceCon, Shannon served as Editor and launched community chapters in over 50 different cities around the world. Shannon is passionate about helping sourcers and recruiters improve their skills and knowledge and is dedicated to making hireEZ the best sourcing platform on the market.
