Ignasi Gracia Molins

Ignasi Gracia Molins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ignasi currently works as a Key Account Manager at Hireflix, a user-friendly video interviewing platform. Prior to this, they gained international experience through HelpX, where they stayed in different locations in the United States, helping vulnerable and homeless people, training horses, and working at an organic produce farm. Before their international experience, Ignasi worked as a Private Client Manager at CaixaBank, where they managed a portfolio of 300 clients, providing advice on insurance, investment funds, and loans. Ignasi also worked as an Event Organizer at Fira Barcelona, assisting in the coordination and execution of various events, including the Mobile World Congress and international congresses in medicine, tourism, and engineering.

Ignasi Gracia Molins completed their Law Degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in the years 2016 to 2019. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Máster - Centro Universitario de la Defensa de Zaragoza at Universidad de Zaragoza, specializing in Gestión y Adquisición de Sistemas para la Defensa. In the same year, they also obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Contrataciones y Licitaciones Públicas from Universidad de Salamanca.
