Adrian McDonagh is a seasoned professional in the recruitment technology industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Helper at hireful since February 2020, where the mission is to become the UK's most helpful recruitment technology company. In addition, Adrian holds the position of Chief Chatter at sub1000, an online community for in-house recruiters and HR professionals, starting in February 2023. Previously, Adrian co-founded and served as Chief Ideas Officer at EasyWeb Group, which rebranded to hireful in 2020, and played a significant role in founding the boutique IT recruitment agency Verticality. Adrian began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Generic Software Consultants shortly after graduating from De Montfort University with a BA in Sports Science and also holds education from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
