Chloe Garrett

Chloe Garrett is a Customer Success Manager at hireful since July 2019, responsible for training and supporting ATS clients through various methods while maintaining strong client relationships. Prior to this, Chloe held roles at EasyWeb Group as a Customer Support Executive, providing first-line support for an in-house ATS, and at Socitm as a Member Services Advisor, managing membership inquiries and event organization. Early career experiences include a Receptionist position at MCE Insurance Ltd, focusing on time management and organizational skills, and a Customer Advisor role, where Chloe excelled in delivering exceptional service to customers. Education was completed at The Ferrers Specialist Arts College from 2008 to 2013.
