Jamie Denny

Jamie Denny has extensive experience in customer success and recruitment management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at hireful (formerly EasyWeb Group) since February 2020. In this role, Jamie provides training and support for ATS clients, conducts onsite requirements gathering, and offers troubleshooting and feature updates. Previously, Jamie held similar responsibilities at EasyWeb Group and served as a Customer Onboarding Manager and Resource Team Leader at EasyWeb Recruitment, where duties included managing client onboarding processes and overseeing recruitment campaigns. Jamie's career began at Moulton Sports Complex, progressing from various front-line roles to Duty Manager, overseeing staff recruitment and induction. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies & Business from the University of Northampton.
