Victoria Eannuzzi

Victoria Eannuzzi, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Victoria currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Services at Hiregy since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Exceptional Service and Director of Client Services, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources at the same company.

Before joining Hiregy, Victoria worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Social Media Team Lead, and Human Resources professional at FrankCrum Staffing from July 2013 to June 2015. Victoria also gained experience as an OPS Temp. Business Services Recruiter at Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance from January 2013 to July 2013.

Victoria has also worked in the education field, serving as a Substitute Teacher and Childcare Provider at the School District of Hillsborough County and Private Home from September 2012 to June 2013.

In the earlier years of their career, Victoria worked as a Dietary Lead at Stony Brook University Hospital from October 2005 to August 2012. Prior to that, they started their professional journey as a Pretzel Cart Operator at Auntie Anne's, Inc. from October 2003 to October 2005.

Victoria Eannuzzi, SHRM-SCP, has a comprehensive education history that includes a range of certifications and degrees. In 2006, they obtained their high school diploma from Centereach High School, where they earned an Advanced Regents Diploma. Following this, from 2006 to 2010, they attended St. Joseph's University in New York, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History Secondary Education.

Continuing their pursuit of education, in 2015, Victoria obtained their Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association, focusing on Employment Law, Staffing, and Recruiting. Victoria continued their education in 2018, attending the American Staffing Association for their CSP Certification course, where they accumulated Continuing Education Credits in Employment Law, Staffing, and Recruiting.

Building on their existing expertise, Victoria enrolled in the University of South Florida in 2019 and completed the SHRM-SCP Certificate Course, enhancing their knowledge and skills in Human Resource Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Victoria holds multiple professional certifications. In 2011, they obtained their Public School Teacher Certificate from the New York State Department of Education. The following year, in 2012, they earned their Florida Professional Educators Certificate from the Florida Department of Education. Victoria's most recent certification is the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which they received from SHRM in May 2019.
