Kostya Gorsky

Kostya Gorsky has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kostya is currently the Co-founder and CEO of HireHire, a position they have held since February 2023. Previously, from September 2021 to January 2023, they served as the Co-founder and CPO of Pivot, an online school and community focused on turning creative individuals into professionals. Kostya achieved significant milestones during their time at Pivot, including building a strong team, achieving $20K MRR, graduating over 100 learners, maintaining a high rating on Trustpilot, and hosting successful online events and conferences.

Prior to Pivot, Kostya worked at Intercom from 2016 to 2021. Their roles at Intercom included Senior Group Design Manager, Design Manager, and Design Lead. As a Senior Group Design Manager, they led a group of teams working on Intercom's Engage products and played a key role in the launch of Engage Series, the first visual builder in Intercom's suite of products. As a Design Manager, Kostya contributed to several key product launches and company-wide initiatives, while also supporting and mentoring designers.

Before their time at Intercom, Kostya worked at Yandex from 2010 to 2016. Their roles at Yandex included Director of Design, Art Director for software products, Head of Software Products Design Department, Head of Design Group, and Product Designer. Notable achievements at Yandex include the creation and successful launch of Yandex.Browser Alpha, which garnered significant media attention and achieved over 100K downloads in its first weekend.

Kostya Gorsky attended the Aviation Institute (Technical University) from 2002 to 2008, and obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2009, they briefly attended the British Higher School of Art & Design, focusing on Graphic Design and Visual Communications.
