Mariam Prazyan

Mariam Prazyan has a work experience spanning over three companies. In 2019, they started working at Coca-Cola HBC as a Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition & Identification Intern. Mariam continued in the company as a Talent Acquisition & Identification Specialist before leaving in September 2021.

In 2021, Mariam joined Pivot as a Talent Acquisition Manager in September and was promoted to Head of Talent in March 2022. Mariam remained in this role until February 2023.

Most recently, Mariam co-founded HireHire in 2023, where they are involved in the development and launch of an AI-powered recruiting tool. The goal of HireHire is to automate routine recruitment processes, allowing recruiters and hiring managers to dedicate more time to strategic projects and improved communication with people. The beta version of the platform is set to launch by the end of summer 2023.

Mariam Prazyan has a strong educational background in linguistics and cultural studies. Mariam began their educational journey at Moscow State Linguistic University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from 2015 to 2019. During this time, Mariam gained a deep understanding of language and its structures.

In 2018, Mariam took part in a Student Exchange Program at Université libre de Bruxelles, further expanding their knowledge and experience in linguistics. This program allowed their to explore different perspectives and approaches to language study.

Building upon their undergraduate education, Mariam pursued a Master's degree in Cultural Studies at Moscow State Linguistic University from 2019 to 2021. Through this program, Mariam developed a comprehensive understanding of the cultural dimensions of communication and the interplay between language and society.

In June 2022, they completed the Effective HR Business Partner certification from HR Compass, demonstrating their expertise in human resources. Furthermore, Mariam obtained the Career Consultant - Career Development Specialist certification in April 2023 from Школа Карьерного Менеджмента, solidifying their knowledge and skills in career counseling.
