María Gutierrez

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a focus on the organic products industry and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed to education as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
