Ling Cen

Ling Cen is a strategic talent consultant and general manager of the US office, bringing extensive experience in human resources across China and the USA. They co-founded DigiBird LLC, facilitating international communications and market expansion, and later held key HR leadership roles at various companies, including as Head of Human Resources at 今日人才 and Chief Talent Officer at Tantan. They are currently a partner at HireIO, Inc., where they focus on executive recruitment and startup counseling. Ling is pursuing an accounting degree at North Seattle College while holding certifications in psychological counseling and a bachelor's degree in finance.
