Brad Douglass has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brad started their career at Ernst & Young LLP as an Analyst, where they worked on schema design and stored procedure development. Brad then moved to Manpower as a Database Administrator, responsible for creating and administering a central Oracle database. Brad later joined Manhattan Associates as a Principal Software Engineer, where they served as an expert for Microsoft SQL Server and worked on ETL processes and data warehouse schema design. At Press Ganey, Brad held roles as a Lead Database Developer and a Data Architecture Manager, overseeing database administration and providing technical direction. Brad then joined ExakTime as a Senior Software Engineer, where they served as a team lead for production support and developed automated deployment models using Azure Resource Manager Templates. Currently, Brad is working at Hireology as a Principal Engineer.
Brad Douglass attended Purdue University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
