Katerina Swanson

Katerina Swanson is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving in that role at Hireology since August 2022. Previously, Katerina held various engineering management positions at DocuSign from December 2018 to July 2022 and Epsilon from July 2011 to November 2018, where Katerina progressed from director of development to engineering manager. Earlier in Katerina's career, roles included senior database developer at Aspen Marketing Services and senior consultant at BearingPoint. Katerina began professional training with a consultant position at Arthur Andersen after earning a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1996 and 2000.
