Reshma Roy began their work experience as an Intern at Bajaj Finserv in May 2017. Following this, they joined Purple Zone in May 2018 as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on building client relationships and implementing new marketing strategies. Reshma then transitioned to MyGate in January 2020, starting as a Client Account Manager before moving into roles such as Associate Manager of Client Delight and Growth and Associate Manager of Customer Success. Currently, they are working at HirePro as a Client Engagement professional, starting in June 2022.

Reshma Roy has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Reshma began their formal education at D.A.V. Public School in India, where they completed their Senior Secondary degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from 1996 to 2010. Reshma then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, graduating between 2011 and 2014.

Reshma later sought further education in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, earning a PGDM degree from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they hold a certification in Biotechnology- lab research from shrm biotechnologies, although the exact dates of this certification are not provided.
